It’s a family favorite and once you try this recipe, I’m sure you will love it as well.
1 kg Mutton
4-5 Garlic Cloves(crushed)
2-3 Green Chilli(whole)
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes(Dhara Mirch)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds(Zeera)
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Oil
Put mutton, oil, cumin seeds, red chilli flakes, garlic and salt in a pan. Add 2-3 cups of water and cook on low flame for an hour or so. Keep adding more water if meat isn’t tender. When meat is soft and a cup of water is left in the pan, add blended tomatoes and green chillies. Keep cooking on low flame until oil comes on top and gravy thickens to required consistency. Adjust seasoning to taste. Enjoy with naan or roti!
